Bodily, physical development group

Contact – Boundaries – Needs – Play..

Christian Ringsmose, Psykoterapeut MPF

This is a group focused on you who would like to explore and develop your abilities to feel yourself and to follow your needs for contact – verbally and physically. At the same time, you develop your awareness of, and respect for, your own and other people’s boundaries.

This group is, for example, for you who:

Christian Ringsmose, Psykoterapeut MPF
  • Often you stop yourself from doing things you want to do – “because what will other people think!?”
  • Miss more physical, warm loving contact with friends, family or partner
  • Would like to express your needs and boundaries more clearly – physically and verbally
  • Would like to pay more attention to how you are physically with others
  • Would like to be more immediate and direct in your communication – physically and verbally
  • Would like to have more play, joy and spontaneity in your life – while you respect your own and others’ boundaries

I facilitate a curious approach in the group, with a mixture of contact, movement, reflection and therapeutic group process, where it is possible to share with each other how we each feel and what challenges, or surprises us. The group will take place indoors, with the possibility of movement on mattresses, with attention to your boundaries and needs – bodily expressions of YES and NO.

Christian Ringsmose, Psykoterapeut MPF

There is room for you to be aware of and curiously explore what YOU WANT – and for you to feel your boundaries and your needs for contact/non-contact… Play together, or separately… Your needs and boundaries are in the centre, and the process takes place in a safe and confidential atmosphere.

The group will take place as a combination of non-verbal physical play/contact as well as periods with the opportunity to ask questions and give/receive feedback.

The group starts with a minimum of 5 participants and has a maximum of approx. 8 participants. Feel free to contact me if you want to hear more about this group.
