Personal development group
Relations – communication – self-esteem – joy..
This group is for you who would like to become more aware of how you communicate and relate to others. It is also for you who would like to improve your ability to establish and maintain close, satisfying and meaningful relationships with others. Or perhaps you often feel wrong or insecure in social contexts?
With a relaxed and creative approach, we create a safe group together. With the help of various exercises, “weather reports”, feed-back, awareness exercises and meditations, we work therapeutically to develop safety in social situations and to strengthen social skills.
The group provides, for example, the opportunity to:
- improve personal relationships and communication
- experiment with new ways of being in relationships
- receive and give support and feedback
- talk honestly and directly about feelings
- gain insight and understanding for your feelings, thoughts and reactions by looking at your reaction patterns, – both inside and outside the group
- gain an understanding of other people’s feelings, thoughts and reactions
- have a more nuanced self-image, more self-esteem and more self-confidence
- work with e.g. anxiety, shame, loneliness and stress…
- undergo personal development and change in the group, with the possibility of bringing this into life outside the group
